The private parking, even if a single available spot was left when I got there. The price I paid is on the cheap side for Palermo.
You get what you pay for. The breakfast is really disappointing. The room is decently clean but with old furniture and appliances. I was a solo traveler with no needs beside getting some sleep, so price was my only concern and the hotel will work fine in this regard. Do not go there if you expect something more from your stay.

This hotel is conveniently situated close to many points of interest. It's easy to get around as it's near public transport links to access the historical center, the football stadium, and the train station Imperatore Federico. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. Staff is friendly, attentive, and makes your stay a memorable one. Breakfast offers a varied spread of food, including fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel grounds are peaceful, giving guests a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and enjoy their stay.
The parking is limited, and guests might experience difficulty finding a parking space on busy days.

Nice and simple Hotel with very helpful staff. Room was appropriate size and very clean. Breakfast was also nice. Location is about 20 - 25 min. walk from Theater Massimo. Neighborhood of the hotel is safe and not very noisy.

Convinent location for my trip.
Hopefully I book the hotel via Booked.net because the "normal" price is far too expensive for the quality/confort. With Booked.net, the price is more in line with the quality and service. Do no expect too m much English discussions.

We loved staying in this hotel. The location was great, as it was close to the train station and to public transport. We also appreciate that the hotel had secure parking available. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Don't have any issues at all.

Location in Palermo - not too far away from the main attractions. They have their own car park (which is very important in Palermo!).
Shower was very small, breakfast very poor. This hotel doesn't have any balcony view - building all around in a near proximity.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe what a great price I paid for the quality of the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surroundings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, as the basic amenities were all well-maintained and provided for. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to public transport links, making it convenient to access the historical center. It was also close to the Imperatore Federico train station and the Palermo football stadium, which was a bonus for sports fans like myself.
All was in order and there's nothing that could be improved.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel in Sicily and it was okay. The room was spacious and cozy, with good space to put our clothes and suitcases. The location was also decent, close to public transportation and a big shopping center where we could grab a snack. The staff was polite enough to offer us a map of the area.
The breakfast was a disappointment. There were barely any options, and the quality of the food was below average.

Stayed for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised with the spacious rooms with all the basic amenities needed. Good value for the price paid. the location was perfect as it was easy to find and had free parking. the breakfast had a decent variety with some good healthy options available.
The hotel's decor was a bit dated and some areas were not as clean as they should have been. the bathroom was upgraded compared to rest of the room which could use some touch-ups.
